About Us

For more than 25 years, The Event Room has been creating and delivering high quality and professional event and video productions. We work with your brief or construct ideas for you, and bring to life your conferences, events and presentations.

We are both passionate and committed to producing engaging and memorable events for our clients. Our experience spans events and video projects around the world. We are innovative and creative, offering faultless technical solutions, coupled with interactive delegate and viewer experiences. We operate within numerous sectors of all size and scale, and always with a keen eye on the latest looks and industry trends. Tag Heuer Alec Monopoly Watch Launch (Oxford Street store)

Working closely with the team at Tag, we designed a temporary in store audio visual set up that complemented the space and existing decor. The installation was carried out quickly and safely and without affecting the store’s opening hours and trading. Following the success of the event, we supported the team once again with their F1 launch at Canary Wharf.

Behind the Scenes interview series, Maggie Gyllenhaal (Autograph Hotels)

With the emphasis on style and good taste, we created a sympathetic environment for the interview within a London venue. The star-studded audience then enjoyed the event space well into the small hours.

Redknapps’ Weekend Warm Up (Sky pilot show)

With the challenge of using a North London pub as a studio space, we installed a practical framework to build a lighting rig that would suit the production’s needs. A two-day project that allowed a public audience to fill the space during recording. The final set up had to be practical, compact and appropriate, given the location and available power. An exciting project with a quick turnaround, working with a fantastic lighting designer and gaffer.

Pharmaceutical Conference, Madrid

Audience engagement was a crucial part of this project’s brief due to the venue layout, subject matter and international delegate count. Each delegate had an iPad with a custom-made app to enable them to submit questions to the experts. They also enjoyed a number of other features that enhanced their experience, including interactive maps and agendas, and speaker and key opinion leaders’ bios. A two-day event with two plenary spaces and up to 12 breakout rooms to support an audience of nearly 500 attendees. All sessions were videoed and edited for use on the company’s website.

Pharmaceutical Symposium, Scotland

A key part of the brief was to create a clean look, allowing the audience to engage more in the meaningful discussions and content. The design also had to be sympathetic to pharmaceutical guidelines. In addition, rehearsals were important in making the sofa discussions work, and ensuring the session flowed seamlessly. A dynamic set up featuring a custom desk with integrated LED lighting and simple set dressing. We received fantastic feedback from a global audience at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
